Big Things:

  • Member Independence (ensure distribution of work and knowledge, rather than letting one person run the show)
• Resume pre-COVID tradition of going around to businesses to gain sponsors
• • Get more mentors at the same time
• "The worst idea all night": keep the table clean
• • Having a clean workspace would help thoughts flow

Miscellany:

• Physical, Hand-written notebooks
• Regular Schedule, and a physical whiteboard calendar
• For the freshmen:
• • Outreach Project (ex. letter to sponsors)

  • Hardware Project (ex. introductory CAD project) (including power tools?)
• Standard Schedule / Organization for a Normal Week
